Trust me that’s a scary thought, but really I have been! I stopped writing my blog last month because I believe that it was just boring, and if it was boring me it was boring anyone who tried to read it. The problem is that I really do like to write my blog so I had to think of something that I could perhaps keep interesting. My life now is boring. I don’t do much of anything because I don’t have a job. My son is in school all day do I’m basically home alone. I let this get me down, I let this become who I am; but it’s not who I am. I do have dreams, I do have goals and I do have plans on how to achieve those.
These thoughts led me to an idea. I can still tell everyone about my job search (at this point it’s going very badly in my opinion). I can still tell everyone about my life, including when Ty does something funny. But what I can really do is use this space as a place to lift my spirits so to speak. Everyday I will find something to be thankful for (sometimes that may just be waking up in the morning) or some way to be positive when I’m feeling especially negative! I am also going to share with you my journey through a program I found about adult children of alcoholics. It seems to be a bit different from Al-Non and Alateen. I will explain more in a later post!
I have big ideas and great plans now I just have to continue to follow through. I am not going to say this will be a daily thing, it may just be every other day we’ll see how it goes! Have a great day its beautiful where I am!

Love it! I like to use my blog to bring perspective to something and to share my insights into it. I don’t care who reads it, they can take it or leave it. It’s therapeutic for me and maybe it will help someone else. Excellent post!
